Our family has been growing and selling Quality fruits and vegetables for over 45 years at local farmers markets in south central Pennsyvlania.

Our Bird-in-Hand location is located in the Heart of the PA Dutch Country. Major attractions including Dutch Wonderland, Rockvale Square Outlets, and Sight & Sound Theatre are just minutes away!

Being a family operated business, we pride ourselves in striving to give our customers the finest quality and freshest produce available throughout the entire year. We are fortunate to have fertile farmland here in Lancaster Co. Our soil produces some of the highest quality fruit and vegetables from late spring till the end of November.

Many of our customers live in the metropolitan areas of New York, Philadelphia, Wilmington, and Baltimore and shop with us several times a month! Our quality, freshness, and prices are well worth the drive!

For your convenience we welcome Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Novus cards.

We also make fresh fruit and vegetable baskets to give as gifts to friends and family you may be visiting. Some advance notice to ensure your wait is short is appreciated. We also can deliver your fruit basket to a friend or family member staying in a nearby hotel as a welcome gift upon check in. This service is free of charge within a 5 mile radius of Bird-in-Hand. Fruit baskets are perfect at the holidays and as get well gifts of health.

Whenever possible, our produce is "Home Grown,"meaning raised within a few miles of our markets, much of which is from Amish or Mennonite farmers. During the summer, over 75% of our produce is grown locally. Try a freestone peach, sun ripened cantaloupe and watermelon, our mouth watering white sweet corn, or our truly vine ripened tomatoes! A taste you need to try for yourself!
